Job description
Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. branches in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba are looking for Experienced Roofing Crews to join our Nation Wide Team.
Responsibilities:
In conjunction with corporate management collaborate with your crew members to complete roofing projects efficiently and safely;
Site mobilization;
Loading and unloading material;
Stripping and disposing of old roof;
Installing, repairing or replacing a variety of roofing systems according to project specifications;
Roof upgrades, installations, and deletions;
Diagnostic investigations and emergency services;
Job site clean-up.
Out of town/out of province work available (Includes Travel Pay, LOA and Accommodation);
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be team players who are dependable and reliable
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, high energy environment on the roof
Weight handling can be over 45kg
On site work environment is outdoors and subjected to all weather conditions.
Work environment is on the roof and/or on the grounds that are dusty and noisy
Workers must wear necessary Protective Equipment including but not limited to Safety Boots, Hard Hats, Gloves, High-Visibility vests, Fall Protection gear, etc.
Own transportation is an asset Foreman vehicle available to crew. Clear driver abstract required.
Ability to learn, follow, and implement our extensive safety policy
Intermediate English skills
TQ or Red Seal certificate would be an asset but not compulsory

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$55.00 per hour commensurate with experience, training, skills and crew position

Out of town (Province)
Experience:
roofing: 1 3 years plus experience required
Work Location: Both local and out of town sites. LOA, lodging and travel pay provided for out of town work.
