As an Ambassador, you will leverage your network by referring qualified healthcare professionals to Explore Med Staffing Solutions, supporting our mission to empower nurses. Key Responsibilities:Referral Generation: Use your network to refer qualified Healthcare Aides (HCAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to Explore Med Staffing Solutions.Flexible Engagement: Participate as much or as little as you want, making referrals in your free time. Once a referral is made, your job is done.Professional Representation: Promote the values and mission of Explore Med Staffing Solutions within your network. Earning Potential:Competitive Referral Fees: Earn for every successful placement:$500 for Healthcare Aides (HCAs)$750 for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)$1,000 for Registered Nurses (RNs)Continuous Income: Earn for every assignment completed by your referrals. For example:10 referrals can earn you up to $40,000 per year.20 referrals can earn you up to $80,000 per year.30 referalls can earn you up to $120,000 per year.Lifetime Referrals: Once you refer a candidate, they remain your referral for life, ensuring continuous earning potential. Additional Benefits:Flexible Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out on a bi-weekly payroll schedule. If an assignment is shorter than 13 weeks, the commission is prorated.
