Sales Representative

Job Description:Job Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Representative located in Woodbridge, ON. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and identifying new business opportunities for Home Care Supply. This individual will also develop strong business relationships with clients and collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure the highest level of service is provided. Responsibilities: – Knowledge of the Divine product line and pricing with the ability to demonstrate technical understanding of the products – Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand customer base – Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service – Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions – Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes – Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients Qualifications: Must have 3 years’ sales experience is required with a deep understanding of various flooring products and brands.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency in using QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and records.A strong work ethic and self-motivation with an ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.Good time management and organizational skills are necessary.Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, and Excel with a basic knowledge of computers. Schedule: 10 hour shiftDay shiftWeekends as needed Supplemental pay types:Commission pay Experience:Flooring Retail: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 50 per week
