Job Description:Job Description Office Accounting and Bookkeeping Position This is a full time position available immediately with an established (70yrs) mid-sized professional architectural firm in Niagara Falls, Ontario As the office bookkeeper and administrator you will be responsible for all of the firm’s accounting requirements (except year and financial reports which are prepared by a professional accounting firm), but does include: Government remittances (source deductions, HST) Payroll, Benefits Plan and all Insurance Coverage General administration of the business and all banking Certification to Clients for payments to Contractors. Accounts Payables and Receivables All forms of communication and correspondence. We offer a friendly and flexible working environment with employee benefits available after 3 months and 3 weeks vacation available after the first 6 months of employment. This position will have a starting salary range of $4,000. to $5,000. per month. The ideal candidate will have degrees or certificates in bookkeeping, accounting experience in a professional office, and should have knowledge and experience with Sage 50 Accounting program or a similar program.
